dunno if im in the right place here,but a friends d-digital box is down any help would be most welcome thanks in advance

press MENU then OK
select SYSTEM SETTINGS then OK
select SYSTEM INFORMATION then OK
press OK again
scroll down to NAGRAVISION then press OK
select your cable provider from the list on the left. i.e. for TELEWEST select 5a 01 00 SABC
press OK
enter new codes in the boxes at the bottom, then OK and save and exit.

i got the same problem how do i find out the code....
