ftp new keys

Hi all,
new to all this so hope some one can help, or point me in the right direction.
after spending all day trying to ftp new keys, finally managed after a lot of hel pfrom mubz (what a star). Now trying to do my second box, followed all the same steps but no luck, is it possible the password is different from either "dbox" or "dbox2".
both boxes are Nokia DBOX2
first box has LAKY PRO
second box (the one I am having a problem with) TEAM COMMANDO (9.25)

Why don't you ftp the au fix file over instead musch easier than messing about with keys !!!

As I said new to all this is the autofix "nagrorom7" if so thats what I have now managed to do.
Big pat on the back to mubz.
