        the easiest way is to set your box to DHCP save it and start network, connect box to router, then unplug your router and dbox, plug them back in and give them a few mins, then go to the network page of your dbox and use the ip adresse that the router has assigned it
        PS3= krazylegz120282

            sorry i dont get what u mean ,,

            why not set the gateway address on box 2 to the same as on Box 1 ?

            get the gateway address from DBOX1 or check the gateway address on the PC using ;

            START>RUN>CMD

            c:/>ipconfig <enter>

            (this is for xp , vista i dont know ,)

            ----------------- ignore my reply above -- krazylegs approach is as valid --------------------

            DHCP ON on the dbox
