complete newbie with flashing too D-box CN 2 !!! help

could anyone help me ive been given a basic how too guide for my d-box CN 2, is it true that i only need


laky-pro 1(from BIGMAQ tool-bar)
Image flashing assistant (GOOGLE)
null-modem cable
patch/crossover-cable


although cant seem to get laky pro 1, would flashwizard pro work the same ?? whats the best way for a newbie ??
