Dbox Dbug help along plz

Areet all, i have got a nokia dbox2 wich need to be put into d bug, Have installed bootmanager and got my ppcboot_flash file.
ok on the TUT says hold UP ARROW when starting box u should get eg 01DD10081 161608) BUT I GET 017A100B161608 tut says i need the numbers after DD i get ne DD and help plz, should i just take this as BMon is version 1.0 ?????

OK now stuck at starting Boot manager i get .

Packet-driver initialization error!
Couldnt start the packet driver (c1,)?!
the program will terminate (crash) right now!

could i have the wrong ppcboot_flash file????
Also when i ftp to my own dbox i have to change my pc protocols and enter a new ip - do i enter a new ip on my pc 1 lower than ip in dbox manager ??
