Channels Disappearing after scanning

I am trying to do a scan on my DBox for the missing setanta channels. When I do this it just comes back with the error " no channels found" it doesnt even pick up any transponders. Even worse is after I get this message all my channels and Bouquets have disappeared and I have to re add them with Bouquet manager. It was working fine up tilll tonight. Any ideas?

My bad! didnt set my location, always seem to forget the simple things . All Setanta channels back again ;-)

lool you may not think but your thread just saved me time i had the same prob iv just done the same thing as you, set my location .

Thats the problem I had and it was just because I had not set my location ;-) so just set it and all should be well after a scan
