Channels stopped!

hi ok i got the image on the box after the hundreth attempt !! YIPPEEE!!!!.. ok next problem i set my location and after doing a scan it only found 108 tv channels where before there were some 340 TV Channels....tried a re-scan and again only 108 TV Channels...

any ideas??..many thanks

any chance you could give some details on how you got it going as from what I read you were close to throqing the towl in, may help others who are in a similar situation - including me
