If your connecting through your router just make sure you've turned the firewalls off and anti-virus. Majority of time thats what stops you from connecting to the box.

You need to set your local area ip address on your pc,or laptop, to one digit less than your dbox ip address.so if your dbox ip is 192.168.1.9 set it to 192.168.1.8.To do this go to network connections, double click local area connection, properties, double click on `internet protocol`check box`use the following ip address, and put in the ip as i said. When you use fxp,put in the dbox ip address, the passwod is dbox2,and the user name root.

          Hope this helps.
          Kev.

Hi Fizler,I flash mine via a laptop, and it has worked everytime. If you have one,or can borrow one,try that, and change the ip address in the laptop as i explained before. Also make sure that the ethernet cable is actually connecting the dbox to the laptop,as i have a cable that works on my pc,but didn`t work when it was plugged into my dbox.

                  Good luck,Kev.

Hi Fizler, glad you sorted it out.To arrange your channels press dbox on your remote,go to service, and then bouquet editor.
                        Cheers,Kev.
