CHANGING BOOT UP SCREEN

hi there i am new to this but i would like to no how to change my boot up picture on the dbox..
is there a program to do it?? i can ftp to my box but not sure were and what size the pic has to be and were it is stored

any help would be cool

It'll tell you on there what size and format to use for the picture, and you can convert it easily to the required size using this site
