    Nokia DBox2 Channels Freezing

    Help please,

Having problems with my Nokia DBox2 with GAVs image (less than a month old), and in particular channels freezing during viewing. The freezing happens randomly but is very frequent and lasts for between 30 - 90 seconds and then resumes. I can change channel and the channel I change to will be working fine. It seems to only effect non terrestrial channels and is getting worse.

I've checked my SNR, BER and SIG rates and they are above the min level required.

Anybody have suggestions as to why it is freezing and what I can do to fix it?

    Thanks in advance...

You could try changing the ucode to see if it helps, some boxes are different than others, thats why there is a few Ucodes to chose from.

I've tried all the ucodes that are present on my box, but this still hasn't sorted my problem. Someone suggested trying a different EMU, however i've only got one listed?

What about if I reflash with the same image would this help, really don't want to change image, as i've just got used to GAV's!?

If this doesn't work, what image would you guys recommend as being the most stable etc I've got a Nokia DBOX2, in the Bristol area?

            Cheers...
