wat do i need to to fiox a frozen box and to flash a box (eurovox2006the grey box wid silver front) please can sum 1 tell me , i av been tryin 2 get help all week to no avail so please can sum 1 jus ytell me wat i neewd,i av a laptop but i it has not the pin for the null modem lead, so how can i get atround this.:

you need to get the rs232 converter to USB mate... check on ebay mate. you also stated that the box is frozen.. could you please explain more mate?

Has somebody tried to update it and got a failed download. Is there any codes appearing on the front of the box ????

thye box as jus got 0000 on it and it will not budge it will not cum up on screen .wat do i need and wat do i do.please help.
also need to flash 2 boxs i thnk they r clones..
yes flashewd it other day and it worked for day and a half then it jus froze.

TRY THIS

BEFORE YOU DO THIS FLASH WITH F/WARE FROM APRIL 08 heres what u do take out the scart lead form ur eurovox and tv

connect a coxial cable from the back of ur eurovox to ur tv (a coxial cable is the one u use to connect ur vcr to ur tv )
ok now u have ur eurovox connected to the tv by coxial cable only have ur eurovox on and not in standby but on

now using ur tv remote scan the channels on ur tv do an automatic scan of channels on ur tv u should get to a screen asking for a code the code using ur eurovox remote now is either 0000 or master code 1004
now u will press menu>goto config>cleardata>clear channels>factory default ?choose correct symbol rate PRESS OK THEN POWER SCAN
D/LOAD MAX V BLUE CLONESAFE AND REFLASH

Id also double check the sticky post at the top to establish which exact box you have before flashing it - saves any worries about trying to put on the wrong firmware ;-)
