Yeah flashed fine it's auto updated no problem until today.

Always think that there's a possibility that it may be a genuine problem, sometimes it is and there's no need to get all panicy and start flashing your box for no reason.

Always give it at least 6 hours before tearing it to bits.

they have changed keys today 17/12 hope this helps

My Keymaster has keys from 17/12.. but it auto updated fine.
Just flash with appropriate firmware and you wont need to worry about keys for now.
