setanta not working

hi there,wondering if any one can help.
I have loaded new software to my eurovox ex5000 pvr but now some of my sports channels dont work...setanta 1 2 plus others.is ther a fix about?

check any new channels m8y ie bic channels or channels that start with tvch.

my sentanta is on 451.00 and 611.00 hope this helps
