    Help please

Hi people I call in my hour of need I'm trying to flash my eurovox max v but on the firmware updater it says its using COM 3 and simply just does not do anything . I remember having this problem before when putting on the last firmware and what fixed it was using COM 1, my problem is I've forgotten how to change it
    Could anyone help please
    thanks

            Gtromloader is for a Starview.

GUIDE: Cables Required for Flashing a Eurovox

              1. Go to the Start Menu
              2. Right click on "My Computer"
              3. Select "Properties"
              4. Click on the "Hardware" tab
              5. Click on "Device Manager"
              6. Click the + sign next to "Ports (COM & LPT)"
              7. One of the listed ports should indicate which port your USB adapter is connected to (e.g. COM1, COM2, COM3, etc.)
              8. Go back to Gtromloader and make sure it is looking at the correct port.
              9. You should be able to transfer data once the correct port is selected

now time for the 2nd silly question .....
how do i go about making sure UFL max v is looking at the right port?

Apologies I will sort that now. Same difference really they are both loaders so the same approach applies.
