Help ! How do you get setanta back on!

Hey,, i updated my box once they turned of and sinse then my setanta has said scarmbled channel, so i rescanned but now it doesnt even show up!? any solutions mate?

whats a factory reset? and how do you do one?

Hit the menu button to get into the options and go to the right end of the options available for the settings your looking for - delete all channels and do a factory reset then do a power re scan.

i think they have just moves the channel, a rescan should do the trick

They are there under another name,on my max v they are under channel
BICS 11,BICS 12,BICS 13,BICS 14 etc,if you go to menu-add favourites you will find them that way!

Them BICS 11,12,13 dont load on mine they only go up to 9 i think

did a factory reset and now doing a full scan and it been through everything but doesnt pick up ch numbers? it says the quality but keeps going up and down?! is it because its stil scanning?
