My eurovox does not work it keeps on saying `please wait code being updated` i have tried to put the codes that are on keymaster on but they have some numbers missing

keys havent changed today try and put old ones back in and then press ok to save it and should come back on had the same prob earlier meself.. -

What model eurovox is it? I would update to the new firmware, saves having to put those keys in all the time, it’s so easy to update, takes about 10min then reboot your box and leave it on a scrabbled channel for 5min then it should be done, any probs or if you need tools to do the flash pm me will be happy to lend a handComment

Ok all you need is the null modem cable if you aint got 1 it can be found http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Null-Modem-Ser...1%7C240%3A1318
also if you aint got serial port on pc you will need this http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/USB-to-RS232-S...1%7C240%3A1318 then you will need to get the ufl max blue flash loader, pm your email and i will send you it.
Then once you have all this connect your box up to your pc “but do not turn on” via the null modem cable.
Then run the ufl flash loader and hit the download you will have a box pop up saying com 1 and start hit start and then plug your box in to the mains let it flash and...........4 min later your box is flashed with the new firmware,
Unplug your box connect it to your cable line and TV and turn it on, then scan for your area frequency... then you should have all channels.Last edited by welshf; 28 December, 2008, 23:03.Comment
