Nickelodeon help

hi all, can anyone tell me the frequency for Nickelodeon please. I have an ex 5000 but the kids have done something and lost the channel. Picture blank. I am going to input manually and see if that works. It is currently set at freq:707.000mhz. SR:6.887mbaud. Mod:qam64.
