You might need to bite the bullet and delete all channel data and then do a deep / power scan to get them back - this will definitely get all the channels, but will take about 40 mins to scan and you will lose your favourites etc -
factory reset
TRY A FACTORY RESET FIRST THEN POWER SCAN
