Eurovox 5000 lost channels

Eurovox 5000 lost channels

Hi can somebody please help. I was away for Christmas and just before I left the eurovox 5000 stopped working, all channels stopped working. I see lots of threads relating to this, however could somebody please tell me how I can get these back. I imagine I need to reflash the box with new software or is their an easier fix.

Yes you will need to flash it,
