No sorry mate you have to use a null modem cable for that box, Can't be done via usb. Also, If you have a fairly new desktop/laptop you will need a null modem cable to usb adapter as well as a null modem cable. Boxes no longer come pre flashed.
Sometimes a slow gradual approach does more good than a large gesture.

Yeah i have the null cable, but my pc is quite new, dont have null modem cable to usb adapter.
So i will need to buy one of those? to get it working.
Yes, unless you know someone who has a really old pc or if you have an old one lying about. Failing that you will have to buy one, You can get them from maplin's but they're about ?20 from there, you should be able to pick one up cheap on flea bay

which my little lad loves , av got all the latest firmware and it still says scrambled channel
On the nick jnr 2 channel press info twice, take a note of the freqs it will show at the top left hand side.
Now go to Menu, Installation, press OK on User Installation, Enter pin 0000, Highlight the Freqs you noted before by pulling down on your remote then press OK so a tick appears at the side then press manual scan which is the "blue button". Leave it to scan usually takes around 30 seconds then exit back to nick jnr 2 and now the channel should be working..
