CDF Dump file for nottingham

Hi guy's new to all this i flashed me ex1000sl (successfull first time)

but i wanted to know if anyone has got a good CDF file for nottingham area or Sheffield Area?

I've searched but can't find anything.

thanks for the reply i can find all the channels but wondered if anybody had sorted them all out so i dont have 20 BBC1's
