Hi all and thanks for taking the time to look my problem is ive done the deep scan and it comes up withh 700+ channels most of them being the same so i uploaded them to a usb stick spent ages sorting through them putting them in the right order and when i come to putting them back on the box it downloads them puts them how it was on the editor but for some reason signal went and i cant get a picture on any channel. And the other thing is im missing some channels like bbc3 bbc4 cbeebies cbbc ive checked through the ones with no name an cant find them there either any help would great oh im in devon on virgin many thanks

Did you use the STBM software? I used that software yesterday to delete all of the duplicate channels but I understand that sorting your channels is best done on your box as it's much more reliable.

Yes that was the software i used do you know if any 1's uploaded any channel tbn files yet as all i can find is cdf's

try a scan after 7pm for bbc3 and bbc4 a scan will only pick them up when they are broadcasting

I just manually scanned them and it picked them up thanks wierd thing is wouldnt pick them up last night. 1 more thing is it possible to edit channel names as some of mine are incorrectly named? thanks for help

You can change the channel names in 'Favourite Manager',

1) Scroll down to the channel you want to change
2) Green button for 'edit'
3) Yellow button for 'CH name'

you'll now have the keyboard available to change the name

Hi there, sorry to trouble you. I am brand new to this DK. After reading your post about the Eurovox EX 7000 HD and I too am in Devon, (Exeter) would you recommend buying this box?
