Channel Update Button EX5000

When new channels appear on NTHell but don't appear on my box yet what is the easiest way to install the new channels without having to sort all the favourites out again?
(Last time I POWER SCANNED)

Should I just goto FAST INSTALL and press UPDATE CHANNELS?

you can do a manual scan m8 if you go to installation on your menu then go to user installation ,highlight the frequency you want to scan then press manual scan.that is what i do on the max v ,i assume the ex5000 is the same.

So do I need to know what frequency the new channels are on?
Sorry if that sounds daft but I'm not near my Max V at mo.

what channels do you need m8 .
your freqs will be differrent to mine because area difference .
do you have the channels on your max v.
