scrambled channels

i have recently purchased a ex100sl eurovox, on my initial setup most of my channels are saying "scrambled" does this mean that my box requires flashing. Many thanks to anyone who can help me with this matter

yes m8 it needs flashing have a read in the eurovox forum and look in downloads any probs ask

hi ive got a eurovox ex1000 and the channels are scrambled, do i need to plug a lead from my laptop to the box and download something onto it? i really dont have a clue what to do i got a lead with my box but it dosnt seem to fit my laptop any ideas what i can do?

yes you do need to connect your box to your computer,, to download some different firmware onto it
