Thanks but this doesn't appear to work either? Is it simply on the main menu press the yellow button or menu and the yellow at the same time?

Thanks but the normal fast installation appears to pick up all the channels? Does this have a bearing on the abilty to manually enter the codes? I have performed a factory reset and rescanned a couple of times but not a power scan. Every time the fast installation has picked up many channels?

Press Menu then OK on lanuage settings Type 1968 once then pull down and turn emulation on save and exit (blue button), type 1968 again twice in the same menu and pull left until nagravision shows and enter manually, you will need to update the box with the latest firmware linked above for it to auto update.

Thanks, but this is what doesn't work? I know that if you press menu>language>1968 once the additonal two boxes should appear however they do not?

Any idea whats going on?

Symbol Rate for Virgin in bury area

Does anybody know the Symbol rate for Virgin in the Bury area as i have a new E5100 and i can not pickup any channels

Make sure you have your cable feed plugged into the RF IN and not the ANT, best of luck.

Hi HiTeck...thanks for the info I now have channels...however it would appear my new box does not have the latest software..now I?m no newbie to IT , the web, sat stuff but this bets me!
I have just spent the evening trying to find what I need to download to be able to get the keys into the box..I now have a download app..From this forum...thanks...... but what else do I need...and where from...ie the software with the updates

Your help is appreciated.
