eurovox ex5100 pvr scrambled channels

hello, just bought a eurovox ex5100, tried installing the chanels and all its comin up with is scrambled chanels!!!!!
can anyone point is in the right direction of what i need to do to get it working??? thanks

do a factory reset m8 then a power scan.after you have installed the new firmware.

hi i just have got the box the new one 5100 and i cant flash it because my latops port is 7 and the program only lets you pick from 1 2 3 or 4, any help please??
