scanning for missing channels

Hi guys,

I have just got a eurovox and have managed to get most channels, is there anyway to search for just 1 channel without losing all the channels i have already found as i have sorted out all my favorites

if there is someone else in your area who already has the chanell tell them to press the info button on their remote and write down the frequency ,then you can do a manual scan on that frequency by going to, menu ,installation,user installation,highlight the frequency press ok and a tick will appear the press the blue button on your remote ,wait about thirty seconds.

thanks for the help but unfortunately i dont know anyone else with a eurovox, is there anyway to get it off the virgin box if i put it back on?

hi,ive scanned my eurovox blue.but still no channles..although it is scanning..have flashed and reflahed..anybody can help..most appreciative..thank you in advance..

are you saying you have no chanells at all.or do you still have the f.t.a. ones,
also do a factory reset then do a power scan by pressing ok on your remote if you havnt already done so.also check that you are scanning on the correct symbol rate
