hi all,
i got my ex1000sl
about a month ago, and installed it after virgin was installed.
i did the initial fast install and all was well.
iv'e read here that some folks are updating firmware straight away and having some probs. when should i expect to have to update firmware

you need to update it when you lose all your premium chanells.
