    eurovox maxv black box problems

    i downloaded the software from the download section off this site and have since not got any channels?
    the box just displays 0000 when on. i've restored factory settings and then power scan. when i power scan i see the progress moving but there are no channel numbers??
    can anyone help.

    You need to either load a saved CDF or a CDF for you area and provider. Or update your channels:

    Press menu - installation - user installation - red button to update channels.

    This is presuming you have have scanned on the correct symbol rate and picked up your TPs.

      when i hit the red button it say's no transponder to scan.
      i used in power scan start 100 stop 870 rate 6.952??

            tried symbol 6887, any other suggestions??

              That was quick, do a factory reset - scan at 6887 again- if you using a splitter take it out and scan from the direct feed. Make sure you have the coax connected to the RF cable in socket.

                one more question if i lose any channels in the future what should i do first??

                  Same as you have just done. Sometimes they change TP, (frequency), then you can either add/edit the TP if you know the frequency or powerscan again.
