Hi i am a newby here and i have just bought an EX1000SL and followed the instructions on how to flah it
now it just says (please wait code being updated) it has been like this for about half an hour how long does it take ??
any help would be much appreciated

do a factory reset m8 then a power scan.

go to config on your menu then to clear data then to fac reset then enter your pin either 1000 or 1004 then press ok to delete all channels then select the symbol rate for your area press ok on the next window to power scan.

have you actually flashed your box with the updated firmware

dont know if this is the most up to date one

looks like yer firmware is out of date.Download section,eurovox,firmware. you'll find the one for your box in there.

try reflash m8 and see if it comes up different,cant access mine at the mo ,kids are in bed where box is.

evening cam, system info will read 28th October when flashed m8.
