my max v is working in 1 house witch has been disconected but not in an other house in same situation. only pixelating on all channels in house 2 and occasional 'no signal' message. any help please i have double checked in other house using same box and cables etc

1st house may of been disconnected from pay channels but not physically disconnected from main green unit in the street.
2nd house may of been physically disconnected

if the house is in a different area m8 you will need to fac reset your box and power scan as the freqs may slightly differ.

signal coming in at house 2? can you try a cable company receiver there?
