ONLY BOX OFFICE CHANNELS APPEAR SCRAMBLED

Hi All,

Hope all members are good.
The EUROVOX 1000SL that I have works fine with all the pay-channels channels, occasionally I am able to view one Box Office channel intermittently and other times it is blank with the message 'SCRAMBLED CHANNEL', however there are many channels that show the same message, Im assuming these are all the Box Office channels... any ideas why this could be?

I have attempted several Fast, Deep, Powerscans and Channel Updates, but they never make a difference.
