got one of the above the other day and got 2 problems with it. one is every now and then when i turn the unit on it just freezes for a few seconds and then restarts itself. and the other is i seem to be missing some channels some being news channels. i an in south wales and seem to get the rest of the channels ok.

any help would be most appreciated.

ps i have searched the forum but can`t seem to find any thing relevant.

fac reset and power scan for channels,

thanks for that. tried resetting and doing a power scan. strange thing is it finds sly news and lists it but when i go into my menu its not there. trying a deep scan now see how that goes. thanks for the help

if you have any splitters connected take them out and scan with direct feed .

my fault i was looking at the fav menu. didnt realise there was a main menu. duuuuuuhhhhhhh!!!!!
