how do i install eurovox sl

just got first eurovox but most of the channels are scrambled what do i need to do to flash the box, what do i need to do it

trying to download firmware but when i do asked to pick port 1 to 4 but when i check my port no,s on my laptop they are 7,8,9 how do i get round this

r u using a USB port if so u need 2 configerate it m8

im having same problem seems to be caused by vista and null cable
