pvrex5000 not scanning

Hi im having a problem finding channels on my pvrex5000, everytime i try to do a powerscan it doesnt pick anything up I have just downloaded the latest firmware is there anything im doing wrong?

What is the signal strength level? Are you using the right baud rate frquency?

the signal strength is good. Im not sure weather im using the right baud rate frquency

how do i know which one to use

when you go into installation fast install it will say 6952 or 6887 pick the 1 for your area if you dont know it just try them both.
