Hi Everone, I'm havin real problems! I have downloaded the flash from this site to my box 3 times. Each time I power scan I don't pick up all the channels the most i have picked up iis TPT14 total of 130 channels the least is TPT4 30 channels. Most of the channels I have picked up don't work just say 'No Signal'. This is gettin me down. I have tried connecting direct to the cable comin into the house as advised but still no joy! I also have a maxV box which is workin really well. Please Help!!

wot symbol rate are u scaning m8 sorry m8 didn't see the end of your post do a factory reset then do a full power scan wot firmware r u using

Symbol rate is 6887. I have just factory reset and am now scanning. The firmware I downloaded from this forum yesterday so a pesume its ok.

power scan found TP4 and 54 channels. Symbol Rate is 6.887. What am i doing wrong?? Cheers.

Thanks for you help jckw. I tried all sorts to get round this with out much success. What i have done now is manually install freq. and now have all channels back!!!!
I took the freq. from my other box went into user install and added new freq. took a long time 45 entries in total but bam were back!
