EX7000 HD Pen Drive Flash ?

Hi All, just wondering if somebody could tell me how i can flash the Ex7000hd with a pen drive and also how can i copy my programme list to the drive. I have downloaded the lkatest flash software but i cant find anything on here about how to do it...
