EX7000 HD channels ?

Hi, just got the new EX7000 and flashed it , got BBC HD channel but just wondering if there are any more that you can get, also once you have sorted your favs out can i download them to the pen drive and put on my pc for future programming...

P.S. i downloaded the stb app but it dosent tell you how to use it , does anybody know ?
