just curious to know when or how often does the firmware get updated. I have the latest firmware for the ex7000 which has made a big difference but the epg is still very slow, any ideas?

well most of the time anyway
i have 1 of theese and the epg is mince i would not recomend it to anyone i have 2 other boxes ,ex5000 , max 08 but this has got to be the worst box i have come across for the epg.
