Regional channels missing max v

Hi Everone, Got a problem for some reason i cant find my region channels picking up london,scotland,wales etc but not able to find north-east. Tried deep scanning still no joy,even tried re-flashing. Has anyone got any suggestions.

Strange one that m8. You've re flashed your box and done a deep scan, that should pick up all the available channels in your area.
Not sure but after you reflashed the box did you do a factory reset before scanning?
Are you useing a CDF file for your channels by any chance?

No m8, not using a cdf file. the strange thing is that i sorted a friends box for them and they are picking them up.

Before starting the scan, did you choose the correct symbol rate for your area ie 6887, 6952?

Did a factory reset and set freq to 6952 m8, worked a treat thanks for ya help badapple
