Missing channel on Ex 7000 ?

I've flashed my box with the download file and get all the channels but sky sports remains stubbonly scrambled, I've tried a fast installation, full power scan and deep installation but they all leave the channel scrambled - anyone got any ideas?
P.S. What are symbol rate and QAM on the scan screens any help would of course be appriecated.

Not had any experience with a 7000 but the basics should be the same.

Go into menu, channels, channel manager.

When you haver the list of channels press the red (sort) button and red (name) button. Scroll down to S/Sports and check if there is more than one of them. If there is more than one delete the bad one, blue (edit) button then red (delete one) button. If there is only the one bad one delete it as above.

Then go into menu, Installation, User Installation and press the red (update channels) button. The screen will go blank for a couple of minutes then start to update. When finished check in the channel manager again for the S/sport channels.

Cheers DW190, I'll try that and see what happens, I only have the one sky sports 1 channel but as a toon supporter I was glad that I couldn't get a couple of weeks ago.
