Eurovox gone down

I have a eurovox max v which has gone down normally when it goes down i just enter the codes untill newer fiwmware is released but i already have the latest firmware and the codes arn't working either. Also normally when the box goes down it just says updating please wait where as now it says please insert smart card anyone know how to fix the problem.

M8, are you sure youve got the latest softwa*e on your box?
You havent downloaded anything from this site.
download the latest softwa*e from the downloads section of this site and update your box again.

Make sure you flash the box with the correct softwa*e for your box, then do a factory reset, enter the correct symbol rate for your area and the scan.

From what I hear the gremlins are at work. Irelands NTL / UPC including most of the mmds network has been reconfigured to noble the eurovox and other decoders. Parts of the UK are on test, you will see some channels dissappear, usually channels with very low subscriber base. These channels will come up as insert card on anything up to max v, and scrambled on any newer eurovox. No fix available yet.

Surely, if their aim is to stop Eurovox etc users, you target the channels with the HIGHEST viewing figures - whats the point in bombing a channel that has about 18 people and a parrot watching them? I mean, just what would that achieve ??!!

ye m8 some of the channels did disappear ie film 4 itv2 etc but i rescanned & got all my channels back , ive a max v.

THats how it started woth channels dissapearing one by one till eventually all of them were gone will a fix become available because i heard that some of the newer boxs like the starview 3 still work
