    help using voxer

    Hi guys,

I have created a CDF file using voxer but am having trouble downloading it onto my eurovox 5100. If I download the file all channels show no signal or data. If I scan the box again then the original list of channels reappears. Can somebody please tell me where I am going wrong?

I dont have a 5100 but is this not the box that the end of the file name has to be changed from .cdf to something else?

not correct,A 5100 does use CDFfiles. Its the ex7000 that you change the file name

I had same problem as you, made my own cdf file and couldn't get it to download on the box.Tried one from the download section and voila straight on.So it would seem we're both doing something wrong with voxer.Haven't found out what as yet but if i do i'll let you know.

don't know why you are having problems with voxer but you can also upload and download cdf files with the Unified Flash Loader or DnUpman so see if downloading it back to box with one of these sorts problem.

its not voxer thats the problem Smoggy its something i'm not doing right when i make my CDF file.If i use someone else's cdf it goes straight onto the box but the one i made up shows in voxer and downloads on to the box but when i connect it back up to the tv theres nothing there.

have you tried downloading somebdy else's cdf to your box (make sure it works OK) then upload it back to PC then download it back to PC (without making any changes to it) to check if its getting corrupted when you upload from your box to PC
