hi i normally get my cable boxes off bubble supplies just bein looking around and come accross a company called FARANGO has anyone had any boxes from them and r they genuine boxes

i just recieved my box from them 2day cant get it to work nightmare do we need to download softwear or something

yes m8, I have purchased items from them before and all the items were genuine, Ive had no proble with them.

m8 you first need to update your box with the latest softwa*e from the downloads section.
The box only has free 2 air software installed, so update it to get all the channels.
