this box is 1 big problem you have to delete all your channels before you to a scan (crazy) when you try to use that channel manage software it completely ****s your list up and you have to do a rescan. (crazy) the pvr function is utter shite and you can't play downloaded videos on this box.(crazy) Other than that I love this box

This box is quite new and the softwa*e has some minor hickups
Hopefuly these minor hickups will be all sorted out on the next update.

Well, that depends on the softwa*e writers. I am sure they are aware of the problems people are having and are working flat out to resolve these issues. They obviously have to resolve as many problems as they can before releasing a new update, otherwise they would have to release an update almost evert day!
So you just have to be patient and wait for the update and hopefuly all will be fixed.

New firmware is on its way soon. The box is workable with the latest firmware. The new firmware will sort out most if not all the niggles. ..........Chill

I have just bought this box brand new please help me with what i need to do to get the channels working and links please to the firmware etc etc i need All help would be mucho appreciated

my box is fine just a nusiance needing to look at tv guide as the epg is not very at all, it only does some stations not all
