Eurovox EX1000 TV Interfearence - Why?

I got my Eurovox EX1000 this morning and its all up and running apart from when i connect the box via scart, im getting lines scrolling up the screen. Is this caused by say a weak signal as its stating I have 80+% signal and quality strengh.

I use very thick high quality scarts that i use on other equipment without any problems.

Please help.

NOTE to add: I had a Starview The Box Super and that had the same problem with the lines scrolling up the tv screen.

Go onto menu display/tv settings and change from rgb to cvbs or visa versa see if that solves it.

Try a different scart lead one of those cheap ones also try using the other scart socket on your tv and or the other scart socket on the box also try it on another tv.

If you got two sockets for scart on the back of your box, try the other socket, i had the same problem some time back and it solved it.

Tried all of above but still interfearence.

Is this a signal problem?
