    STB Manager Help

Hi guys, I have downloaded the stb manager in order to try and sort my channels on an EX7000HD , I have connected my serial cable and opened stb, it asked me which com port so i selected right one ie 3 , then it says receiving in the header but underneath it says waiting and time elapsed is now 11 mins, got the feeling its not going to do anything, does anybody know what i am doing wrong....

    thanks in advance
    Acestu

P.s. Very grateful to Satsmo and all other mods on here

              yeh

if only it was that easy chic, there is a glitch in the firmware that only lets you use the move function when it feels like it

              cheers
