    ex5000pvr loosing channels

    hey guys
    not updated my box for a few months now (havent needed to)
    but the past week or 2 i have been loosing a channel now and then... lost quite a few now so is there new keys out? or a way to get em back? i remember last time i lost a channel i just went to menu or something and it unlocked it again. any advice appreciated

      VM have been doing some upgrade work and have moved some channels. All you have to do is do a re-scan and the channels will return.

        i did a rescan, and now im getting please wait updating etc.... very strange. i only get mainly fta channels now

          Did you do a factory reset before scanning?
          If not this can sometimes cause problems.

                Just check the softwa*r on your box first, make sure all is ok there. Then do a deep scan, this will tune low to high frequencies.
