Before running the softwa*re make sure the power to the box is OFF, when message comes turn power to box ON.

Hi - If powered off(Lead came out) while flashing I believe there is a reset button on the Pcb(earlier non Pvr boxes have one), have you tried pressing this while powering up and then reflashing?
Otherwise I think the memory chip may have become corrupt and may need J-tagging
              Hope this helps

Check Digital Kaos - Downloads - Jtag How To Guide for j-tagging or alternatively ask on here if anyone living close by is willing to help out......

If you take the lid off they defo wont take it back, have you tried plugging it back in to TV after the second flash, it often says download failed but then usually changes to successful.

Plug it back into your TV and see if it fires up.

I had a Max V and everytime i flashed it, the first time it would say failed, i would do another flash straight away and it would complete this has done it on various boxes i have done. If it first fails try, try again, ya never know.
