    Help with missing channels please !!

    Hi Everyone,

    Installed a Eurovox1000sl without any hitch, so recommended one to a friend and went to help set up.

    Heres where I am struggling !! After doing the flash with the latest software, then factory reset I started the scanning process and it's failing to find certain channels.Most noticebly Sly Sports 1 and 3 (got 2) and theres probably others....are they the same frequency ?

    Any advice appreciated !!

      M8 did u scan for channels on the correct symbol rate for the area?

          do a deep scan m8 should find them

              Yeh correct symbol rate for the area,I was trying to avoid the deep scan method because of how long it would take..but hey a solutions a solution !!

              ps: out of interest I know everyone's signals are different but on average how long would a deep scan take.(wanna be around whilst it's happening !!)
